Asian buyers pick Turkish home textiles in Shanghai

After China, the 41 Turkish textile firms that participated in the fair formed the second largest block. They were able to form new connections with Asian companies attending the fair and were attracted to the wide variety, new designs and high quality of the Turkish textiles.


Japanese to get a taste for Turkey’s ‘şalgam’

Trade with TurkeyTurkish beverage producer Doğanay, which established its first şalgam suyu, or beet juice, factory in Adana in 1996, expects to see $60 million Turkish Liras in turnover this year, and plans to enter the Japanese market in October.
